The STORY of HOME MADE -- HAND MADE ROPE

Ideal Rope Making Machine
Pat Dec  1, 1908
E.O. Berg Manufacturing,   Madison, Minnesota

When this booklet was printed c 1910,  Berg sold his rope maker
for $1.50 each retail, and cheaper by the dozen.
The booklet says that they made 200 machines per day.

"The above cut shows that kids can make rope with the Ideal Rope Machine.  Inez
and Norman Berg, nine and five years of  age, can make halter rope and cow ties."

"The Ideal Rope Machine will save you a good many dollars every yearof the money
you pay out for factory- made rope.  It saves time.  It saves money.
This folder tells how the Ideal Rope Machine makes and saves money for the farmer or anyone who uses it.  It deals with  facts that cannot be questioned.  It shows how
you actually waste money if you do not have an Ideal Rope Machine.  Read what we
have to say and then act on your own judgment and stop the loss.
All farmers and stockmen who raise grain have on hand a few balls of binder twine but not always have a supply of rope, and if you have some rope it is generally not
the right size or length, and by having an Ideal Rope Machine you can, in a few minutes."
