The Order for the Dedication of a School

In the name of the Father, and of the (+) Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of creation!
O my soul, praise Him, for He is thy Health and Salvation!
Join the full throng; Wake, harp and psalter and song;
Sound forth in glad adoration!

Praise to the Lord, who doth prosper thy work and defend thee,
Who from the heavens the streams of His mercy doth send thee.
Ponder anew What the Almighty can do
Who with His love doth befriend thee.

We simply cannot thank enough the many, many people who volunteered hundreds of hours in so many ways: building, providing food, so many generous donations of money and time. Thanks be to you all! But most especially Thanks Be to God!

Schedule of Events for the Day:

10:00 A.M. – Worship service in the park (Rev. Thomas Rank, officiating)

12:00 – Catered lunch $4.00 (Pre-payment required - Make checks payable to Scarville Community Centennial)

2:00-3:00 – View the new school building and displays

3:00 – Photographs of teachers, pastors, and decades of students

3:30 – Softball, soccer, and games for children

5:30 – Light supper (free will donation)
